Mark has more than 30 years of for-profit and non-profit experience, including over 16 years with three local United Ways. He helps organizations focus on strategy, develop their brand, and align their operations for success. His work in brand and organization development, creating marketing and communications programs, implementing change initiatives and improving key processes gets results.

Nicole has over 25 years experience in business administration, organizational development and customer service. Through one-on-one professional coaching and employee training programs, she helps businesses develop their own customer-centered culture. Her consulting work focuses on creating positive and proactive work environments that support high functioning teams.
